Managing Members

Invite team members to collaborate on your FairBooks organisation.

Inviting a Member

  1. Go to SettingsMembers
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. They'll receive an invitation to join your organisation

Member Roles

Role Permissions
Owner Full access including billing, subscription management, and member roles
Admin Manage invoices, customers, expenses, reports, and organisation settings
Member Access and manage invoices, customers, expenses, and reports

Role hierarchy: Owner > Admin > Member. Higher roles inherit all permissions of lower roles.

Note

Only the Owner can manage billing and change other members' roles.

Changing a Role

To change a member's role, go to SettingsMembers, find the member, and update their role.

Removing a Member

To remove a member, go to SettingsMembers, find the member, and click Remove.
