Managing Members¶
Invite team members to collaborate on your FairBooks organisation.
Inviting a Member¶
- Go to Settings → Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address and select a role
- They'll receive an invitation to join your organisation
Member Roles¶
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing, subscription management, and member roles |
| Admin | Manage invoices, customers, expenses, reports, and organisation settings |
| Member | Access and manage invoices, customers, expenses, and reports |
Role hierarchy: Owner > Admin > Member. Higher roles inherit all permissions of lower roles.
Note
Only the Owner can manage billing and change other members' roles.
Changing a Role¶
To change a member's role, go to Settings → Members, find the member, and update their role.
Removing a Member¶
To remove a member, go to Settings → Members, find the member, and click Remove.
