Organisation Settings

Manage your business details, branding, and preferences.

Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar to access your organisation configuration.

Available Settings

General

  • Business name, ABN, contact details
  • Business address
  • Default invoice payment terms

Branding

  • Logo upload (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, max 1 MB)
  • Invoice reply email
  • Invoice customisation: primary colour, accent colour, font pair, and layout template

Banking

  • Bank account details for direct deposit (BSB, account number)

GST

  • GST registration status
  • Default GST-inclusive/exclusive pricing

Invoice Reminders

  • Enable automatic payment reminders
  • Set reminder days before due date (e.g., 3 days, 1 day before)
  • Set reminder days after due date for overdue invoices (e.g., 7, 14 days)
  • Day offsets between 1 and 90 days

Payments

Billing

  • Manage your FairBooks subscription (monthly or yearly)
  • Access the Stripe Customer Portal for billing history
  • Only the organisation Owner can manage billing
