Manage your business details, branding, and preferences.
Accessing Settings¶
Click Settings in the sidebar to access your organisation configuration.
Available Settings¶
General¶
- Business name, ABN, contact details
- Business address
- Default invoice payment terms
Branding¶
- Logo upload (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, max 1 MB)
- Invoice reply email
- Invoice customisation: primary colour, accent colour, font pair, and layout template
Banking¶
- Bank account details for direct deposit (BSB, account number)
GST¶
- GST registration status
- Default GST-inclusive/exclusive pricing
Invoice Reminders¶
- Enable automatic payment reminders
- Set reminder days before due date (e.g., 3 days, 1 day before)
- Set reminder days after due date for overdue invoices (e.g., 7, 14 days)
- Day offsets between 1 and 90 days
Payments¶
- Connect or manage your Stripe account for online payments

Billing¶
- Manage your FairBooks subscription (monthly or yearly)
- Access the Stripe Customer Portal for billing history
- Only the organisation Owner can manage billing
