Products¶
Save frequently used items in your Products library for quick invoicing.
Adding a Product¶
- Navigate to Products in the sidebar
- Click New Product
- Fill in the details:

| Name | Product or service name |
| Description | What the item is (appears on the invoice) |
| Unit Price | Default price per unit |
| GST | Whether GST applies to this item |
Using Products in Invoices¶
When creating an invoice or quote, select from your saved products instead of typing line items manually. The description, price, and GST setting are pre-filled. Just set the quantity.
Managing Products¶
- Edit: Update the name, description, price, or GST setting at any time. Existing invoices are not affected.
- Deactivate: Mark a product as inactive to hide it from the product picker without deleting it.
- Delete: Permanently remove a product. Existing invoices that used the product are not affected.
Tip
Products are especially useful if you bill for the same services regularly. Combine them with Recurring Invoices for fully automated billing.
