Quotes¶
Create quotes for potential work and convert them to invoices when accepted.
Creating a Quote¶
Quotes work similarly to invoices:
- Navigate to Quotes in the sidebar
- Click New Quote
- Select a Customer
- Add line items with descriptions, quantities, and prices
- Set an Expiry Date
Quote Statuses¶
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet sent to the customer |
| Sent | Emailed to the customer |
| Accepted | Customer has accepted the quote |
| Rejected | Customer has declined the quote |
| Expired | Past the expiry date |
Sending a Quote¶
Click Send to email the quote as a PDF to your customer. You can also preview the PDF before sending.
Converting to an Invoice¶
Once a customer accepts your quote, click Convert to Invoice to create an invoice pre-filled with the quote's details. The original quote is kept for your records.
Bulk Actions¶
Select multiple quotes to perform bulk operations like marking as sent or deleting.
