Sending feedback

Tell us what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to see next.

Go to Settings → Feedback to send us a message directly from FairBooks.

Sending feedback

  1. Go to Settings → Feedback.
  2. Choose the type of feedback:
    • Bug report: something isn't working correctly
    • General feedback: thoughts or suggestions
    • Feature request: something new you'd like to see
  3. Check your email address so we can follow up if needed.
  4. Add a subject (optional) and a description.
  5. Attach a file if it helps, such as a screenshot. You can also paste a screenshot straight into the description.
  6. Click Submit Feedback.

Tip

For a bug report, it helps to say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot often explains it faster than words.
