Invoice Appearance¶
Customise how your invoices and quotes look, with a live preview as you go.
All of these settings live under Settings → Invoices. They apply to every invoice and quote you produce, so you only need to set them up once. A sample invoice preview updates as you make changes, and you can download it as a PDF to check the result.
Logo¶
Upload your business logo to show it at the top of every invoice. PNG, JPEG, or WebP files up to 1MB are accepted, and you can drag and drop the file onto the upload area. Remove the logo at any time to go back to a text-only header.
Colours¶
Set two colours to match your brand:
- Primary colour is used for headers, borders, and highlights.
- Accent colour is used for the payment details box.
Font pair¶
Choose a font pair for your invoices. Each option pairs a heading font with a body font so your invoices stay consistent and readable.
Layout template¶
Pick a layout template to set the overall structure of the page. The preview updates immediately so you can compare the options.
Section order and visibility¶
Under Section Order you can reorder the sections of the invoice and show or hide them. Drag sections into the order you prefer, or hide the ones you do not need.
Previewing and downloading¶
A live preview of a sample invoice sits alongside the settings. On smaller screens, tap Preview to open it. Use Download as PDF to save the sample and see exactly how a finished invoice will print.
Note
The appearance you have configured is captured on an invoice the first time you send it, so the look of an invoice your customer received will not change later even if you update these settings. See Creating invoices for details.
